    1. Get a new Job
    2. Sell a house
    3. Pack up a house
    4. Buy a house
    5. Unpack a house
    6. Buy a new car
    7. Visit the hospital
    8. Have a baby
    9. Finish a Master's degree
    10. Continue a PhD
